About Jessica Abraham
Originally from France, Jessica Abraham is now based in the Miami area, and feeds connoisseurs of French Cuisine in Aventura, Surfside and Bal-Harbour. Jessica Abraham has literally grown-up in a kitchen, her parents having opened their first of many restaurants in France back in 1965. Both her parents were Chefs, and three of her brothers own high-end kosher restaurants in France. Brothers for whom she has created very elaborated and unique lines of desserts adapted to each of their establishments. Before moving to the USA in 2015 Jessica Abraham was the executive-chef and owner of her own gourmet restaurant. She decided to share her passion for French pastry, and took up the challenge to re-interpret the French classics of "Patisserie"without the use of any dairy.
