About Jessica Abraham

Pastry Chef Jessica Abraham’s unique talent is deeply grounded in family tradition. Her father, Monsieur Henri, a renown Chef and a “restaurateur”, owned and operated high-end restaurants in France since 1965. Jessica’s mother, is a Chef, as well as 3 of her brothers. Before moving to the USA in 2015 Jessica Abraham was the executive-Chef and owner of her own gourmet restaurant. 


All our desserts are Kosher Certified by ORB.

We are certified Parve, Pas Yisroel and Yoshon.

Our pastries are hand-made in the purest tradition of french Patisserie. Each one of them is made with love and care by a french Pastry Chef. We don’t use any additives or preservatives, so the quality of our product is exceptional. We are proud to offer a high-end product to the likes of what one could find the the best Patisseries of Paris.
